Catholic Charities

In Geauga County, Catholic Charities offers a number of programs encompassing several service areas including early intervention services and education, employment services, and mental health and substance abuse programs for families & children. Our programs serve individuals of all faiths and ethnicities, and help people grow and thrive from youth all the way to those in their late stages of life.

Family Pride of Northeast Ohio

Family Pride focuses on mental health services to meet your unique needs. We offer individual, couples, and family services in your own comfort zone. Family Pride makes accessing services easier by offering counseling and case management in the home, office, school, via telehealth or in your community.

Geauga County LOSS Team

The Geauga County Local Outreach Support to Survivors (LOSS) Team was developed due to a high demand in outreach services for community members who had experienced traumatic events such as the death of a loved one. The LOSS Team exists to be an installation of hope to the bereaved, empowering them so they can thrive.

Geauga Family First Council

The Geauga Family First Council is a collaborative of local agencies and community representatives who pool resources and work together to strengthen Geauga families. Council helps remove barriers through prevention, early intervention, and the provision of services that support the entire family.

Lake Geauga Recovery Centers

Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers provides services for individuals and families struggling with substance abuse or addiction, mental health concerns or problem gambling. Evidence based services are provided in a trauma informed environment by licensed professionals in order that individuals may achieve overall wellness and long-term recovery.

NAMI Geauga

NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.

Ravenwood Health

Ravenwood Health strives to provide a safe and compassionate space that supports and respects the unique journey of each person’s path to healing. We service children, adults and families experiencing mental health or addiction concerns. Services include counseling, psychiatry and much more. Mobile crisis services and walk-in appointments available Monday-Thursday.

Red Tulip of Geauga County

Red Tulip of Geauga County maintains and operates a Level 2 recovery home to support women in their sobriety journey. Red Tulip provides a healing atmosphere of sobriety and encouragement to help women become independent, productive members of society and live a healthy sober life.

Torchlight Youth Mentoring Alliance

Torchlight Youth Mentoring Alliance fosters the development of youth to help them reach their highest potential as responsible, adaptable, caring adults. We accomplish this by providing a quality volunteer mentoring relationship with a supportive adult, as well as educational programs which are supervised by the agency’s professional staff.

WomenSafe, Inc.

Founded by a group of community activists determined to ensure that nobody has to live in fear, WomenSafe has been serving survivors of domestic violence for over 40 years. WomenSafe offers emergency shelter, court advocacy, counseling, art therapy, peer support groups, employment advocacy, and more to empower you on your journey towards a safe, independent life.
